Old Testament Survey Sunday School

CCFC Old Testament Survey Class Spring 2017
Are you interested in learning how books in the Old Testament are connected together? You're invited to join us for a four week Old Testament Survey Sunday School on February 26, March 5, 19, and 26 (Sundays) from 11:15 am to 12:45 pm in the church basement (see details below). In this class, the CCFC Interns will be teaching on CASKET to help you understand the entire Old Testament. The CASKET framework shows the big picture of the Old Testament and how God's redemptive story progresses through history and is fulfilled in the coming Messiah.
The CASKET timeline places each of the 39 books of the Old Testament into one of six time periods: Creation (date uncertain), Abraham (2100-1450 BC), Sinai (1450-1050 BC), Kings (1050-586 BC), Exile (586-539 BC), Temple (530-430 BC). For more information, visit the website at www.casketempty.com.
If you're interested in purchasing a CASKET timeline to help you remember this framework. please email jean [at] ccfc-church.org. The timeline is $10 and will be available for the first class if you email her by Thursday, February 23. Please bring cash to the class to get your timeline.
